Typographical Errors
In the event that a Power Chix LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Power Chix LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Power Chix LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Power Chix LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Power Chix LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. Impersonation of others, including a Power Chix LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. Affiliate Program
Once you are accepted into the Program, you will be able to participate in
the Program subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You should
also note that if you are accepted to participate in the Program and your site
is thereafter determined (in our sole discretion) to be unsuitable based on the
criteria herein for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement.
Power Chix LLC reserves the right to change, cancel, or alter the terms of our affiliate program at our leisure. Payout minimum for our affiliate program $50.00. Power Chix LLC also reserves the right to withhold approval from our affiliate program to those applicants that Power Chix LLC deems inappropriate.
Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Power Chix LLC and its
affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any and
all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries or expenses (including
reasonable attorney fees) brought by a third party, arising out of a breach,
or alleged breach, of any of its representations or obligations herein.
